Hello Lindsey, like to make Delia's Spiced
apple & raisin crumble, for 3 people, recipe in book serves 6, have an oval 2.25 pint dish (1.279L) is it ok to half filling mixture & crumble
topping? what about cooking time? Like topping v crunchy, is this achieved by using half wholemeal flour?if using rhubarb is it necessary to precook it? like rhubarb in tact when crumble is cooked. Thanks for help. Frances Therese.
Hi I also am making a 12 inch cake for my daughters wedding I have made the rich fruit cake recipe for years always with success but find the up scaling hard to grasp I know you told JO to use 12 eggs but how much extra fruit would be needed.

In Delia's original Cookery Course she has a recipe for sticky date cake which uses 5 oz wholemeal flour and 5oz of plain flour. As I never use wholemeal flour is it possible to use all plain flour or self raising flour for this cake? Thank you.
Could you reccomend a vegetable spiraliser. I use lots of different vegetables both soft and hard. I don't want to cut up vegetables too small (time consuming), so something that does the job fast.
