Horror of all horrors! I made my usual batch of Seville Marmalade last year and went to use the first jar this morning - having made a bumper lot in 2015.. Every single jar had mould growing around and under the waxed discs. OK - I may have made an error - although I'd never admit to it :-)) Can I scrape off the mould in each jar? Would I have to reheat and re pot the marmalade? It's all so distressing.

I have made bread for many years but thought I would try a new recipe. I started with Delias easy white loaf the recipe says 3/4 teaspoonful easy bake yeast for 550 Grams of strong white flour. The loaf didn't rise very much even although I left it to prove for the required time.
I have always used a sachet of yeast which is 7grams.
I would like to use Delias recipe as it doesn't require lots of kneading.
I have just completed cooking Delia's Lemon and lime Marmalade, unfortunately after following it to the letter, the limes which were very soft before bottling turned out so hard after cooling. Would it be an idea to boil the limes first to soften the skins before proceeding to boiling the complete mixture and then bottling after reaching the "set point"?
Delia's chocolate fudge cake. Once made should it be stored in the fridge or can it be stored in a airtight tin out of the fridge?
I'd love to see a video of how Delia makes strawberry jam as I always have difficulty making it. Thank you.
