Hi Lindsay making a lasagne tomorrow and it says to put it in at 180 degrees and I also want to make a apple muffin cake which goes in at 190 degrees also the lasagne goes in for 35 mins and the cake goes in for 75 mins could the lasagne go in 10 degrees higher and will the cake sink if I open the oven to take out the lasagne
Delia's Scottish Whisky Dundee cake In her original Christmas book uses 150g of butter. The Traditional Dundee cake in Delia's Cakes only uses 50g of spreadable butter. The two recipes are almost identical so I am wondering if the smaller amount of butter in her more recent book is a typing error? Should this also be 150g because 50g of butter does not seem much for quite a large cake? Clarification of this point will be much appreciated. Many thanks. Ann Parsons
