I am making Delia's Roast Pork with Roasted Stuffed Apples with Thyme and Parsley. The recipe is for 2.25kg loin of for eight people. My loin of pork is almost 1.5 kg. How does this affect the cooking times? Thank you

Hi Lindsey, my roast chicken is usually crispy on the top but soggy on the bottom, like it was steamed rather than roasted. I put the bird directly on the roasting pan and use the temperature stated in the receipe. What am I doing wrong? Thank you
