Is it ok to freeze Delia's bread sauce and 18th century chestnut stuffing? I plan to make the sauce and prepare the stuffing ingredients tomorrow.
Hi, I would like to make your Classic Xmas pudding recipe as a 3 pint size as opposed to the 2 pint size. Can you please tell me how much longer it needs to steam for. Your 2 pint size is for 8 hours then 2 1/4 hours on the day. Many thanks

Feeling very silly but I can't remember if the Christmas pud I made two years ago was cooked and is waiting to be reheated or needs to be cooked first. Is there a way of telling - from the consistency, for example? I feel very dim but I've had a complicated house move in between and have lost track of what I might have done.
I'm using Delia's Complete Cookery Course and am a touch surprised by the temperatures for Roast Beef.
The book does not define whether it refers to straight roasting or fan.
Pls advise if those in the book need lowering for fan.
