Spiced Chicken was originally made with natural yoghurt, not creme fraiche. I much preferred the original version, does anyone have the recipe please? I have mislaid my book on moving home.
I love Delias online videos. Is she planning to do any more? I've cooked nearly everything on her videos and know most them by heart now! I'd love to see some more subjects covered - perhaps how to prepare and cook other types of vegetables and meats. Many thanks

I love Delia's Double Lemon Drizzle Cake with Poppy Seeds but as it's a bit shallow I would like to scale it up. Would I be ok to double the recipe or should I half it?
Also, would I need to change the baking time?
