I have just used the recipe for Delia's classic fruit cake. I've made the quantity for an 8in cake, but divided it into 4 4in tins. I can find cooking times for 6ins-11ins, but not as small as 4 ins. Please can you advise? I am guessing get something between 2.5 hrs - 3 hrs?
I can't get lard in Australia, what would you substitue for lard for a pastry case please

In Delia's recipe for Pot Roasted Venison with Shrewsbury sauce, she asks for a 1/2 bottle (37.5 cl) of Beaujolais. I got a relly nice Beaujolais, but couldn't find it in that size and, I am afraid to admit, I don't know what the measurement cl stands for (centileters?) How much wine should I measure from the full bottle? I did notice that the Pot Roasted Beef in Red Wine with Red Onion Marmalade recipe is pretty similar. That recipe asks for 425 ml of wine. Is that about right?
I want to make Delia's cheese and parsnip roulade for Christmas. As we will going away this year, I wanted to make it in advance so that I can take it with me. Therefore my question is, can the roulade be made and frozen, please? Many thanks.
