I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has tried to make croquette potatoes.
I believe the normal method to cook croquette potatoes is it to fry them in oil, but can they be baked in the oven instead?
Also, if freezing them, is it better to freeze them uncooked or already cooked?
I would like to make the chocolate and sour cherry crumble, from the Christmas book,can you tell me if the sweetened sour cherries used are dried?
I have lots of sour cherries I would really like to use in my freezer could I use these? How would I sweeten them?
I'm so sorry to bother you at this time of year, Lindsey, when you're so busy. I made the chocolate truffles yesterday with the aim of finishing them today. I know this is my fault and I should have told husband not to eat the remaining chocolate to coat the truffles, but he did. So will the mixture be ok on the fridge until next week or best to freeze them, take them out of the freezer and replace after I coat them, or freeze them then coat them at Christmas when defrosted?
