Hi there, new to this site, watched Delia for years as a youngster with my mother, but anyway, I like cooking at home and have always struggled with Yorkshire puddings,
Tried delias last night, and for some reason didn't rise, and was also thick and stodgy, I did everything that was in the recipe and method, what could of possibly gone wrong. Although they tasted very nice they just weren't right.
Please help. Or advise
