Making Cauliflower Cheese ahead.

I want to make the Cauliflower Cheese using Half fat Creme Fraiche. Can this be made a few days in advance please.
My husband bought me my first Delia’s cookery book when we first got married 42 years ago. Subsequently I think I have most of her books. They are my “go to” books because the recipes are always foolproof and designed for a cook not a chef. Thank you Delia for making my life so much easier in the kitchen. Especially in the early years.

Didn't butter the Christmas Pudding basin
I made deltas Christmas pudding and steamed it but realised I forgot to butter the inside of the bowl. Does this mean it won’t come out of the bowl? Will it be dry? How can I rescue it?

Hi, I made two Christmas Puddings last year (traditional Delia recipe). I still have one in the cupboard. I'm confident it should still be OK but I'm nervous of presenting some rotting mess on Christmas Day. Any advice? Thanks!
