The coffee in Sticky Toffee
Hi! I’m making the little sticky toffee puddings for a dinner party in December. It’s a while since I’ve made them! Two questions:
1. I’m struggling to get hold of coffee essence, is it ok to use coffee granules dissolved in hot water?
2. Is it ok to pre-make and freeze the sauce for the puddings?

Cornflour Clarification
Delia's recipe for lemon meringue pie calls for 3 level tablespoons of cornflour. What weight would that be? I have tablespoons of all sorts of different sizes.
