Making a ring tin Christmas Cake

I have made Delia’s Classic Christmas cake for many years and this year I would like to bake it in a ring shaped tin. Could you advise on quantities and, more importantly, cooking times please?
The capacity of my ring tin is just under 3litres - this is the only way I could think of to measure it!

Didn't have all the time to steam the puddings
Help!! I made my Delia Christmas pudding mix and left overnight, but didn’t have the right size bowls so I didn’t get to put them onto boil until nearly 24 hours later. Then I’ve only been able to boil two of them for three hours because I had to go to bed so I’ve left them sitting in the saucepans. Have I ruined them?Should I start again? TIA
