Christmas Pudding in the Pressure Cooker
Hi! Hope you are well
I’m about to make this year’s Christmas Puddings. Can I make them in a slow cooker instead of steaming?
I’m thinking if I half fill the cooker with hot water, then leave the cooker on a medium setting for six hours that may do the job?

Cake cooked too fast in a gas oven
I've been baking Delia's Christmas cake with almonds for years now but always in a fan forced electric oven. This year I'm using a gas oven and have followed all the instructions - Gas mark 1, lowest shelf etc.
But my cake smells like it is burning and its only been baking for 2.5 hours. Can this be right?
About Cranberry Chutney
Hi I just finished making Delias spiced cranberry chutney. The recipe asked for 450g of cranberries but I only added 300g. How will this have affected the chutney?
