Steaming a larger Christmas Pudding
Hello, I'm wondering the best way yo scale up the Christmas pudding recipe. I'm comfortable scaling up the ingredients, however by how much should I increase the steaming time for a 1.5ltr pudding both for 1st and 2nd steaming?

I'm about to start making Delia's Christmas pudding for the 2 pint pudding bowl. In the recipe it says steam for 8 hours. Is there any way I can do this in a pressure cooker to cut the steaming time? Just trying to be more economical and save money on my energy bills. Thank you,

Dipping Lemon Drizzle Cake!

I made the lemon drizzle. I followed the ingredients to the gram and my oven was exactly 170 but in the last 5 mins the cake sank. I didn’t open the oven door.
This is the second time this has happened. It’s not a very easy cake to make

I am making a Pavlova. When the recipe says to leave the meringue in the oven after cooking, is this with the door open or closed? Thank you.
