Does cheese terrine freeze?

I made a double quantity of Delia’s delicious Three Cheese Terrine for a party yesterday and have some left over. I wondered if I could freeze the remainder for future use? I’ve not frozen homemade foods containing gelatine before so not sure if it would be edible after defrosting. Or any other suggestions, I definitely can’t waste it!

Freezing Vegetarian Shepherds Pie
Hi Lindsey,
If I freeze Vegetarian Shepherds Pie, is it best to defrost and then cook for 40 min at 190 degrees or cook from frozen? If the latter is better, how long would it need in the oven … and presumably at the same temperature?
Many thanks - my family loved it so I would like one on hand when my daughter visits from USA next month!
