Adding the flour to the Christmas Pudding mixture
Re Traditional Christmas Pudding Recipe: I have a copy of Delia‘s Christmas Recipe Book and in that version of the Christmas Pudding recipe it tells you to put ALL ingredients in and soak overnight before putting in a basin. However the online recipe says you put the flour in the next day AFTER soaking the other ingredients overnight. This is quite a different step and not a typo I think. Which is correct/better?
Missed out the eggs in the Christmas Pudding!
Hi I have cooked my Christmas pudding and left out the eggs so it is crumbly and soggy. Can I remix everything and add the eggs and cook again please ?

Freezing Sticky Toffee Pudding
I have made and frozen both the sticky toffee puddings and the sauce ( seperately) . The sauce is not solid in the freezer - is this right? If not where did I go wrong?
