Hi. I would like to make Delia’s Creole Christmas Cake in a 2 lb loaf tin of possible. How much should I scale down the recipe and how long should I cook it for. Appreciate your help.

Using chicken breast in Feuilletes
Hello Lindsey. I want to make Delia's Chicken Feuilletes with boneless breasts rather than thighs. Would I need to adjust the initial simmering time od 30 mins?
I presume the oven cooking would be the same. Would this work?

Too much spice!
I messed up the amount of mixed spice in my mincemeat. Knowing that sweet counteracts the spice, I added maple syrup and more apple and grated carrot which worked pretty well. Do you have any other suggestions?
Making a smaller Italian Chocolate Nut Christmas Cake
I'd love to make the Italian Chocolate Nut Christmas Cake in a 6 or 7 inch cake tin as there are only two of us and I don't have an 8 inch tin. How would I scale this recipe down please?
