Making the nut roast ahead
I make the macadamia nut roast every Christmas. Can it be made in advance (eg 23rd) and heated on 25th? Or should I bake it and freeze it? I’m at work Christmas Day and would prefer to prep everything before. Thanks
Allumette Accuracy
I’ve just made the Gruyère and Parmesan Allumettes.
If you follow the measurements given, the recipe will make 120 Allumettes, but at the top of the recipe it says ‘makes 80’.
Have I misunderstood something?

Can the sprouts and chestnuts recipe be prepped in advance and then just heated or finished with good results? Thanks

Can I make the Thai Salmon Parcles ahead
Re Thai Filo Salmon Parcels - how far ahead do you think the parcels can be made before cooking them without risking going soggy etc? I'm doing for Christmas dinner (but eating Christmas eve) but have people here for drinks first. I'd prefer to have them ready to go in the oven beforehand but worried about them sitting for 2-hours. Any advice? Thanks
