How far in advance can you make the vanilla cream terrine? Thanks.

Advice please, Lucy
After years of buying unwaxed citrus fruit for zesting I read the small print on the label -'protected with Imazalil, Pyrimethanil ,
2-Phenylphenol' - last week. All have a negative write up on internet and certainly sound best avoided.
Is searching for organic fruit the only safe option?
I would add I'm not super health conscious and have reached 82 fairly unscathed.

About Delia's Sponge Cake
I have watched the video on how to bake a sponge cake but would like some clarifications.
My oven has 5 levels separated by a gap between level 2 and 3. Should I use level 3 or 2?
Delia recommends a temperature of 170° but doesn't mention which setting: "fan" or "static top & bottom" or "static bottom only". Which one is best?
I intend to use a silicone mould. Does it make a difference, do you have any special advice?

Can I reheat Chicken Basque
I want to make Chicken Basque from the Summer Collection this weekend for 9 people. Can I make it in advance? I have a busy day on Saturday and want to have something ready made that I can just heat up (in an Aga) for supper.

I have a question about the double lemon drizzle cake with poppy seeds. How long can it be kept in an airtight container and still be good? I want to make it on a Sunday to be eaten on Thursday. Is that still fine? Thank you!
