Like Sarah Kirrage, I would like to know the quantities for making a 10inch round rich fruit cake for my daughter's wedding. I can see you recommend 6/7 eggs and cooking time of 4 hours, but I cannot see the list of ingredients. Delia's Complete Cooking Course gives details for an 11 inch round but not 10. I hope you can help me.

Your Austrian Coffee and Walnut Cake with Coffee Cream recipe requires "Golden Caster Sugar". This is not available in the U.S. can I assume that it is just very fine brown sugar?
Today I made Smoky Tomato Chutney. I'm a precise person and I measure the ingredients very carefully. But instead of finishing-up with 1400ml of lovely smoky tomato chutney I finished-up with just 700ml? Why? what can have gone wrong?
