What bun tin, muffin tin, deep or shallow!!!
Hi Lindsey,
Can i ask two questions
1. What size of bun tin do I need to make fairy cakes and cupcakes? Im unsure if I need a shallow bun tray or deep bun tin?
2. There are many different sizes of paper cases and I would like to know is there a specific size that would suit fairy cakes and cupcakes that suit a particular baking bun tin?

Chocolate Fudge Icing not setting!
I've noticed last few times the icing has not thickened /set as well. Any ideas where I may be going wrong?

Icing? doesn't thicken
Hi,
I've made this cake several times. Occasionally the filling /topping does not thicken.
Any ideas where I may be going wrong.
