Christmas is not just for Chirstmas!
just feedback: I wanted to share as it made me smile. Delia's Christmas book was bought & hammered by me sometime late 80s / 90s... then I moved to NZ & we don't have Turkey etc anymore on Christmas Day. This year I'm having Mid-Winter Christmas at mine on 17th July... Delia's back out! And after posting a picture of my pud with Delia's book in the background half my friends have weighed in on their favourite Delia Christmas recipes! Several are raving about the Parmesan Parsnips... I've never done them... probably will on the 17th!

Using Leaf Gelatine in Summer Fruit Terrine
good morning, I was wondering if I could use gelatin leaves instead of powdered gelatin for the terrin of summer fruits, and if so, how many leaves i should use? Thank you in advance!
Keeping and reheating Beef in Barolo.
With Beef In Barolo if I cook in advance would I liquidise
the sauce and put the meat back in it to keep moist before slicing?
Making a 25/26cm Classic Christmas Cake
I want to use Delia’s classic Christmas cake recipe to make a celebration cake in a larger tin 25cm x 9cm.
