Spreadable butter in tubs
When the recipe states "spreadable butter". Does this mean the, spreadable butters that are in the tubs, or is it solid butter packs, then softened.? Thanks

Looking for a Radio Times recipe
I lived in England between 1992-97. I hope you can help me find a favorite recipe of Delia’s, published in Radio Times (or one of their family of publications) during that time period-incredibly memorable and delicious. It was a steamed lemon pudding, made with an UNUSUAL amount lemon juice and zest (and I believe it also had a tart lemon glaze). I even purchased a traditional pudding baker so I could make it. So looking forward to making it once again. Thank you for your help!

Looking for Desiree potatoes
Hello,
Many years ago I used to make Delia’s delicious potato bread for my mum when she had dinner parties. I would like to start making it again but I can’t seem to find Désirée potatoes. The beauty of Désirée is that they are waxy and starchy so should I choose a waxy or a starchy potato instead?
I still turn to Delia for a definitive recipe.
