Wet Christmas Cake
Good morning
I’ve just baked Delia’s Christmas cake (yesterday), and sliced it this morning. The cake is incredibly wet; it takes great, but doesn’t feel like a cake.
When I do the prick test, it comes out clean!
Any tips or ideas?

Cake discrepancy
I made the damp gingerbread and wondered why there was such a discrepancy between the picture and end result, which is almost like a sponge cake in colour. I assumed that the one in the picture contained treacle. Is that right?
Mincemeat in a slow cooker
Can I cook the Christmas Mincemeat in a slow cooker instead of the oven and for how long? Will it be the same time in the slow cooker if I halve the ingredients?
Making an 18cm square Creole Cake
Creole Cake
The website states to use a 20cm round tin but the book states to use a 20cm square tin. I know the square tin equivalent of a 20cm round tin is 18cm. So can I use an 18cm square tin? That is what I have? Thanks
Looking for a Parmesan bag!
At the Delia Smith's Food Workshop yesterday I asked if Delia or Alex knew where I could buy a replacement Parmesan cheese fridge bag which I bought in Italy. Delia suggested I send a photo so they could investigate this item. Could you tell me if there is an address where I could send this photo?
