Instead of fromage frais!
I want to make a chocolate mascarpone cheesecake with fruit and nuts and can’t find 8% fromage frais. Is it ok to replace the fromage frais with half fat crème fraiche?
In place of Barley Wine
Hello Lindsey, I'm getting all geared up for Stir-up Sunday and Christmas Puddings - Fruit ordered from Country Products (minus the peel!) - thank you for the contact,
I can't however source the barley wine - not a drop to be found here in Cirencester. What would you suggest as a sub?

Delia's 1990 video
Good Afternoon. Why oh Why is Delia's 1990's VHS video no longer available? I recorded some episodes at the time of original broadcast but have many bits missing. Is there any chance it will be re-released? Maybe even on DVD.

I have made Delia's sticky toffee puddings every Christmas since her book first came out.
However, this Christmas I need a vegan version . Does Delia do one ?
