Hi, this will probably sound stupid but in the Mincemeat Christmas Cake is the jar of Mincemeat in addition to the fruit listed or in place of fruit? Thanks
Does and double batch take double time?
Hi I’ve been making Delia’s Christmas chutney and Saville marmalade for several years . If I were to double up the recipes and cook in one go would I need to double the cooking time too ? Many thanks Carl

Keeping Stollen
How can I extend the shelf life of Delia’s stollen recipe?
Making a 1lb pudding this year!
Every year I make Delia’s traditional Christmas pudding. This year I’m catering for fewer people who like Christmas pud. I’d like to know if it is ok to halve all the ingredients and maker a smaller one? And if so, are the cooking times different?

Delias for years, I am 63 and I shall not forget all thoughs years ago going to a roadshow in York.

Has taught me how to cook and her recipes have never let me down. I have just made the traditional Christmas cake always excellent as is everything else in the Delia Books/Christmas books
I am currently watching her Christmas programmes on YouTube and have just scoffed 6 sausage rolls we replace the meat with veggie ones they are the best ever I am sure it is the sage and onion.
