Can I make the apple and mincemeat strudel the day before I want it and leave uncooked and wrapped in the fridge?
Getting ahead with Dauphinoise
Hi there. Delias Gratin Dauphinois has never let me down. But this year I need to get ahead!. Is it feasible to slice the potatoes and keep them in water in the fridge for 2 days. I want to get ahead on xmas eve as we have a houseful on Xmas day - the gratin is for boxing day when we still have a houseful! thanks
Sweetening chestnut puree
I plan on making petits monts blancs but I only have unsweetened chestnut purée: How much icing sugar should I add to 200g purée? Thanks. Tricia
Large Sticky Toffee Pudding

Cooking the stuffing separately
I love this stuffing but would like to bake it separately from the turkey. What size baking dish, temperature and length of time to cook would you recommend? Many thanks, Jill
