My Icing hasn't set!
I make Delia’s royal icing ever year the same way and it either turns out too hard or doesn’t set at all. This year it hasn’t set. Is there anything I can do? Tempted to scrap it off and start again - really need help!!!

Using bought puff pastry for mince pie
I have made mince pies using Delia’s mincemeat recipe (of course!) but I ‘cheated’ by using bought puff pastry. I have baked them, planning to freeze & reheat them when needed but the pastry instructions say not to reheat. Why would that be a problem?
Getting ahead with Chestnut Stuffing

How far in advance can the Eighteenth Century chestnut stuffing be made to be kept in the fridge rather than freezing. Is it okay to make it 2-3 days ahead and store it uncooked in the fridge?
