Can you freeze Delia’s meatballs in goulash sauce before adding the crème fraiche?
Large roasting pan for roast potatoes
Hi Lindsey
Can you recommend a good roasting tin that doesn't stick, we've tried loads but after a couple of roasts the potatoes or vegetables start to stick. I've looked on the range but there doesn't seem to be a large one. Hope you can help, many thanks

Weight of banana in the loaf
Hi Lindsey
I wish to make Delia’s banana loaf. Says to use four bananas. Could you please advise on approximate weight of four. Either with skin on or mashed? As if too much it could result a dense cake.

Freezing Feuilletes
I'm making Delia's Chicken Feuilletes and while I note they can be made well in advance and kept in the fridge, would they freeze uncooked? or would it be better to make and freeze the filling, then defrose and assemble in the pastry.
Any suggestions on what dessert would compliment this recipe?

Crystalising petals without raw egg
hi lindsey, love delia's sachertorte cake recipe and want to make. sounds fab. i'd love to decorate the cake with the sugared rose petals, but my QUESTION IS, can you recommend an alternative to the raw egg white that the petals are dipped in? many thanks. philomena
