I've made Delia's runner bean chutney tonight (http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/spicy-recipes/spiced-pic...) but it looks very runny - I poured it into the jar warm, and even though it's now cool it looks more like a pour-on sauce than a chutney. Is this usual?

Is it safe to cook duck from frozen?
Can I freeze the Veg moussaka with ricotta topping recipe on page 102 of Delias Winter Collecton. I have overseas visitors coming and want to have quick dishes to serve after long days out. I could do with at least 3 good dinners that I can prepare in advance. Preferably vegetarian. Thanks.
I use an electric fan oven. What adjustments (if any) should I make to the temperatures given in the recipes? Thank you.
I love Delia's Irish Whiskey Christmas cake and have made it dozens of times for formal occasions like weddings. However, I always find that it is difficult to cut neat slices for serving - it tends to crumble. Any suggestions to make it firmer.
Not really a question - just wanted to say what a good idea to remind us of Delia's summer recipes. It has encouraged me to revisit the recipe book! I am also enjoying the downloaded TV series for its original broadcast.
