Delias Christmas mini puddings I have made in time for Christmas Day and about to freeze, 19th Dec when the menu says wrap in foil with brandy do I remove them from their individual tins ....hope you don't think I am dense
I'm cooking two x 5kg already prepared and stuffed turkey crowns at Xmas. I have two ovens and am assuming due to the size that I'm going to have to cook one in each oven. Could you please advise how long I should cook these for? Thank you!
Hi Lindsey. Thanks for your quick reply to my questions about Melting Chocolate Puddings. Ive tried the recipe , frozen all except one which I cooked to see how it worked out . The sponge rose up into a dome shape and the runny Chocolate sauce broke through that in the middl of the top of the pudding towards the end of cooking . I cooked it in a fan oven at 180 c for 12 minutes. The sponge was cooked and light , good flavour but not enough sauce inside . Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks . Granjen
