Mastering Macaroons
Hi Lindsey,
In the recipe for coffee macaroons it asks for ground rice.
Is this the same as rice flour?
Also, which way up should I use the rice paper?
Looking for a deeper wedding cake
I am going to make a 4 tier traditional fruit wedding cake for my daughter.
I want each cake to be 4 inches deep. How do I size up the recipe for this depth. The recipes on here do not state the depth of tin.

When doubling a risotto recipe, do you double the cooking time, or what is the rule of thumb.

Roasting in Silverwood tins and making good a dishwasher finish

1. Is it appropriate to use Silverwood baking tins for roasting?
2. If Silverwood tins are put in the dishwasher by mistake is it possible to remove the marks?
