The taste of gingernuts
Metallic Tasting Gingernuts:
I followed the gingernuts recipe exactly as published on your website. The cookies baked up perfectly (just like the photo) but they had a slight metallic aftertaste. Could the baking soda in the recipe be reduced or could I substitute the self-raising flour with all-purpose to solve this issue? How can I still get the cracked texture but not the weird aftertaste?
No pimenton!

What is "Pimenton" = hot, sweet & mild - I noticed it in Delia's "Braised Beef Goulash with Smoked Pimenton" recipe.
I don't think I have seen it in Western Canada (Vancouver) so what could I use instead, please ?

About the marmalade soufflés
Can you use ordinary marmalade?
I make my own marmalade but it is made with sugar

Keeping Lemon Meringue Pie

Menu planning for a weekend away!
Hi Lindsey,
I am in charge of the Saturday night meal on our girls away weekend. I am doing Delia’s roasted vegetable couscous without the cheese. Which prepared ahead (so I don’t spend too much time in the kitchen when away) chicken dish would you recommend to go with it? Also for the non spicy people what other dressing could I do?
