About the Roast Pork Dijonaise
In the big bible DS Complete Collection there is a recipe for roast pork loin, dijonaise, it doesn't say whether the pork is bone in or not. I don't want to buy the wrong joint! Please be so kind as to clarify for me. Very many thanks indeed. David

Not sure if too late to ask as this is for something I'm looking to make for Easter Sunday
The squidgy chocolate cake is made in the Swiss roll tin, but if I wanted to make it in a round tin, what would you advise - 18 or 20cm? Would I need to adjust the amount of the recipe at all?
