Good morning Lindsey. By watching Delia's video, I've only JUST found out why my poached eggs don't work! Soo simple - thank you Delia. My question is "where can I buy the timer she uses"?

Using Vege gel!
If I use vege gel instead of veg powdered gelatine do I use the same amount.

Using beef gelatine for Lemon and Lime Refrigerator Cake
Refrigerated lemon and lime cake.
I am not vegetarian. I do have beef gelatine powder but not vegetarian. Also I have leaves.
Can I use either if so is the the same for the powder and how many leaves?

Curried Lambs Kidneys
Hi. I use a recipe from Delia’s original Complete Cookery Course for curried lambs kidneys. The recipe is for 2 people and uses 6 kidneys. I am away from home and do not have access to the recipe and it does not seem to be available on line. Is it possible to send it to me? Many thanks.
Substitute for 8% Fromage Frais
Hi, I have made the fromage frail cheesecake with strawberry sauce from the Summer Collection cookbook many times. I know you're supposed to use fromage frais with an 8% fat content, however last time I made it, I was unable to find any, and so I made it with a Frais Malo 20%, and changed the recipe slightly - I used 320g of fromage frays (instead of 350g) and used 380g of mascarpone (instead of 350g) and it worked fine! I would like to make it again, but the only plain fromage frais I can now find in the shops is a fat free version.
