Hi. Lindsey I have been doing the bread on the Delia cookery school online and it’s been amazing so thank you Delia also your an absolute superstar.
I have written to you Lindsey to ask do you know where Delia got the soufflé dishes from as I want to make the leek and potato one and some small ones for my family when they come for tea. Would really appreciate some feed back

Good morning Lindsey. By watching Delia's video, I've only JUST found out why my poached eggs don't work! Soo simple - thank you Delia. My question is "where can I buy the timer she uses"?

Using Vege gel!
If I use vege gel instead of veg powdered gelatine do I use the same amount.

Using beef gelatine for Lemon and Lime Refrigerator Cake
Refrigerated lemon and lime cake.
I am not vegetarian. I do have beef gelatine powder but not vegetarian. Also I have leaves.
Can I use either if so is the the same for the powder and how many leaves?
