I am considering sophisticating the recipe of Pavlova with chocolate taste and adding some nice decoration effect with three colours of white, read and dark brown.

I was wondering if Delia's Bramble Jelly recipe could be used for other fruits e.g. cherries.
I'd like to make Delia's Portuguese Custard Tarts but can't find individual puff pastry rounds. (It does state in the recipe that because it's from a relatively old book some of the ingredients may not be available). If I buy block puff pastry how thinly should I roll it and what size cutter should I use?

Hi Lindsey, I would like to make the fruit cake recipe for my daughters wedding but don't want to add the nuts in case anyone has an allergy. Can I just omit the nuts or do they have to be replaced by something else, like more fruit, for the weight?
