Rich Fruit Cake made in to 1/2lb (200g) loaves. Cooking time?
I would like to make Delia rich fruit cake recipe into small gift cakes for xmas (I always bake this recipe as my main Christmas cake and love it so much I want to give some away as well this year) and I am wondering if anyone can suggest how long I would need to cook them for. The original recipe for the whole cake on pg 607 of Delia's complete cookery course book takes 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 hours. Any thoughts appreciated!
