In Delia's recipe for Pot Roasted Venison with Shrewsbury sauce, she asks for a 1/2 bottle (37.5 cl) of Beaujolais. I got a relly nice Beaujolais, but couldn't find it in that size and, I am afraid to admit, I don't know what the measurement cl stands for (centileters?) How much wine should I measure from the full bottle? I did notice that the Pot Roasted Beef in Red Wine with Red Onion Marmalade recipe is pretty similar. That recipe asks for 425 ml of wine. Is that about right?
