I'd love to know what size your 'patty' tins are that you use for your mince pies. I have muffin tins, but when I bought 'patty' tins online, they were the same size. Also, I find that using these tins, it's difficult to line them with pastry as the pastry does not 'fit' into them without overlapping. Also, I find that I cannot get the right size of cutters to fill these tins as they are either too small or too big, hence having the problem of filling the tins without the pastry overlapping. Trying to get the pastry tops on them is difficult again because of the size of the tins. I hope you can advise me. Thank you.
