I am making Delia's Christmas pudding and would like to cook it in the slow cooker. I have read various suggested timings and temperatures from 8 hours to 23 hours on low or high settings!
Please could you clarify this for me. What is the ideal temperature and length of time? I don't want to over cook it as I have in the past and it was very dark and strong and was less popular. I have made two one pint pudding and want to put one of them in the slow cooker.
