I want to make the Christmas Veggie parsnip roulade again this year, but I haven't yet been able to buy a new swiss roll tray. In the meantime, are there any stages of this I can make in advance and freeze? I have the ingredients at home, but I've been too ill to get to the shops for the swiss roll tray and don't have anything suitable at home. I don't want the ingredients to go off before I get the tray!
