My question is about Delia's amazing parsnip Christmas roulade. I've made this a couple of times and it's delicious! Anyway, the thing is, I can never get the nuts to stick to the roulade - they just fall off. Have you got any tips, please? As I can't get that to work, I normally end up just sprinkling the nuts on the soft, cut side so that at least they're included for the taste, but it'd be great if I could it get them to stick as they're meant to.
By the way, I asked you a question a while ago about a problem I have making the Christmas veggie sausage rolls and I followed your advice and they've turned out great so thank you! The only thing is, I find it hard to roll the filling that small and thin so I end up with fewer, bigger sausage rolls. If you have any tips there too I'd be grateful!
