Let me please just a couple of shot questions regarding the following recipe “Parmesan-baked Parsnips”.
The recipe mentions «…groundnut or other flavourless oil for baking…”.
Please, be so kind to list several flavourless oils to choose for exactly this very recipe, taking into account that sweet potato will be used for the recipe.
I would highly appreciate that if you could acknowledge the possibility to substitute sweet potato for parsnip, as the recipe says.
Please, suggest if it might be possible to use Pecorino Romano cheese instead of Parmesan.
