I've just made some bramble jelly (illustrated complete cookery course) and it hasn't set! What can I do?
If it hasn’t set enough, you can re-boil it.
You will need to empty the jelly into the pan & add the juice of a lemon. Bring back to the boil when the boil is really rapid I would give it 2 minutes. Then test it on a cold saucer as you would with jam,
You will also need to sterilise jars & lids again.
