I tried the duck rillettes and cranberry compote but there didn't seems to be anywhere near enough liquid in the pot when cooking the duck. Added more but still quite dry when finished. Conversely too much liquid in the cranberry mixture and took much longer to reduce. Checked and double checked the measurements. Is there an error?
