Can I make the macadamia & pistachio nut roast in advance?
We haven’t tried freezing the nut roast. I think it will be wetter after freezing. I would bake it fresh and freeze the leftovers for a mid-week supper.
If you want to get ahead you could prepare everything and mix it all, except the nuts, then on the day add the nuts, put the mixture in the tin, drizzle with the butter, top with the roughly chopped nuts and bake.
