I have a couple of questions about the chunky apple cake recipe in Delia's cakes. I have made this cake several times and love it! However, I would like to try using the recipe to make mini cakes in a tin with 6cm inserts. Would you advise on how I should adjust the cooking time (and ? temperature) for these?
The second question is: the recipe calls for 3 Bramley apples (about 550g). Is the weight before or after cutting them up?
