Josmeyer Pinot Blanc 2006 (Alsace)

Josmeyer's wines are among the finest produced in Alsace. They come from a fully organic vineyard which has been chemical free since 1999 and 100% biodynamic since 2003.

Light, with citrus notes, this Pinot Blanc has an initial perception of sweetness despite being crisply dry, due to the richness of the fruit. As a food wine, it has a beautifully balanced acidity which balances the crème fraîche and butter in the soup, creating a lightly floral and delicate pairing. Serve lightly chilled.
