Recipes

Hi Delia,
Do you ever worry that you'll run out of recipes for a new book?
I'm forever amazed at just how many cookery books there are, but yet I am compelled to keep buying them!

Classic Christmas Cake

I make lots of christmas cakes every year and use for gifts and your recipe has never failed me.I have many requests to make a smaller cake from family, especially those living alone. Is it possible to take the classic christmas cake mix and divide between 2 smaller tins? What sort of cooking time do you think they would need? Thankyou so much, Rachael x

Christmas Cooking TV 1990's

Delia

I loved watching your Tv Programme when you did the Christmas theme. I even watched the re-runs.

Are you considering doing another series like that again with a slight twist to it, say, low fat recipies for people with high cholestorole like me

Fruit cake problem

Hi Delia

My fruit cakes are not dry but they tend to crumble in the centre when they're cut, what am I doing wrong? I cook them on 150 and always have a pan of water in the oven when they're cooking. Thanks for any advice you can give.
