Cookery school

Many thanks Noreen for your input. I didn't know F3 was used to refresh. Will bear that in mind for the future. With regard to the videos I think they are excellent and anyone cooking for the first time I!m sure will agree with me. I've never tasted a bagel but will buy some when I next go shopping and follow Delia's scrambled eggs with chives.

Can't watch it, screen just black. Why? nothing's changed since last week when I watched lesson 3.

Lesson 4

Violet Eyes - have you tried pressing F5 on your computer to clear your cache?

lesson 4

Well I can see a key with F5 on, if I press that what will happen ?if it goes wrong I may need to explain myself and have to own up to the OH about belonging to Delia's website.

Lesson 4

When you look at any page on the internet, after you have closed it although it goes off your screen your computer 'remembers' it. If you go back to that particular page at another time, your computer remembers you have already looked at it, and opens it, making it quicker to download on to your screen.

Pressing F5 just clears the memory. It shouldn't do anything to reveal your hidden secret!

F5

Thankyou Noreen, it worked.
I was also able to watch the second lesson. I could've eaten all those omelettes they looked so appetizing. Next time I make an omelette I shall make a squidgy one just like Delia does. I know it's not the correct way but I have always turned mine.
I think every school should show their pupils Delia's recipes.
